Yes. The knit is thin enough to layer under ski and snowboard helmets, and goggles sit over the eye area.
One size stretches to fit most teens and adults. If you have a very large head or wear it over long hair, it still stretches.
It is a real thermal stretch knit balaclava built to block wind and snow, so you can wear it all day, not just for the photo.
